The Poséidon leisure center in Varennes-sur-Seine, renovated for the 2023 season, continues to welcome the general public for its 2024 season, with an early opening on April 6. A great idea for a weekend outing or during the Easter school vacations!
In Varennes-sur-Seine, why not take a spin on a jet ski, flyboard or towed buoy? With family or friends, it's now the place to be for a fun-filled day of outdoor activities and water sports. For those of you who don't fancy the thrills, why not rent a paddle, paddle VTT, kayak or pedal boat for a fun-filled day out? For other thrill-seekers, try your hand at jet-skiing, wakeboarding (surfing towed by a jet-ski) or take a ride on one of the motorized machines recently acquired by the Poséidon leisure park. Even the little ones can try their hand at jet-skiing, with electric children's jet-skis available for hire for children aged 4 to 10! This year, the big new feature at the leisure center is the mini-pedalos, where the little ones (aged 3 to 10) can try their hand at the sport, on small boats adapted to their size!
Please note, however, that picnics are now forbidden on site, as is the consumption of any food from outside the base. The good news is that a snack bar has been set up by the water's edge, offering savoury and sweet dishes, as well as brunch on Sundays (book 48 hours in advance): enough to satisfy both small and large appetites all day long. Opening hours: In May and September, open from 10am to 6pm Wednesday to Friday and from 10am to 7pm at weekends.
In June, open from 10am to 7pm Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays.
In July and August, open daily from 10am to 8pm.
