It's hard to separate this 1,500 m² garden from this charming stately home, which was once one with the mill beneath the church. The garden is composed of this large driveway lined with perennials, a large wooded park crossed by the river, which gives it an incomparable charm. artists exhibited : Philippe Righini (sculptor) Rachel Tanguy (ceramics and kokédamas), Pascal Catry (zinc sculpture)
Exhibited artist : Joseph Malet painter The garden created by Aunt Léonie and her husband Jules in the mid-19th century was largely redesigned by Charles and Geneviève Geoffroy Dechaume in the English style of the 1930s. Then, following the collapse of the courtyard retaining wall in 1950, a touch of Italian inspiration was added with the staircases designed by architect Robert Hubrecht, a famous Valmondoisian and great protector of the Vexin. It is above all a painter's garden, with old and local fruit trees, roses, boxwood and perennials.
