Parc de la Sapinière, an island of greenery in Romainville (93)

In Romainville, just east of Paris, nestles a green space ideal for city walks, jogging or picnicking in the open air in fine weather.

After discovering the magnificent Parc de la Haute-Île in Neuilly-sur-Marne, the Parc Jean-Moulin les Guilands in Montreuil and the Parc des Beaumonts in Montreuil, we're off to Romainville, in the heart of the Seine-Saint-Denis département, to discover the Parc de la Sapinière, the town's largest green space.

So, for a walk in the open air, a jog in a park (instead of the traditional asphalt boulevards) or a picnic on the lawns in fine weather, head for Romainville's Parc de la Sapinière! A basketball court is also available on site. Parc de la Sapinière is part of the Corniche des forts, a large-scale landscaping and leisure project that includes new green spaces for Séquano-dionysiens.

Parc de la Sapinière is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week: to get there, take metro line 5 towards the metro (Bobigny Pantin Raymond Queneau stop, then 15 min walk) or metro line 11 towards Mairie des Lilas (Mairie des Lilas stop, then 20 min walk). Have a nice walk in the Parc de la Sapinière!
