Hotel Pilgrim's rooftop terrace for relaxing over the rooftops of Paris

In the heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris's 5th arrondissement , we're off to discover the rooftop terrace ofHôtel Pilgrim. Opened at the end of 2023, this jewel in the crown of the Hotels en Ville group stands out for its modern, dark façade amidst the Haussmannian buildings of Paris. Located at 11 Rue de Poissy, this new four-star establishment harmoniously combines a cosmopolitan ambience with the retro style of the 70s.

Right opposite the College des Bernardins, we climb to the 7th Heaven, or rather the 7th floor, to admire the breathtaking view over the capital and sip a refreshing cocktail. The Hôtel Pilgrim Rooftop, with its 30 or so confidential seats, promises unforgettable sunsets with a full view of the capital. It's the ideal spot to get some fresh air and relax, while feeling like you're on a rooftop.

By reservation only, the terrace is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, weather permitting. A short menu by mixologist Alceste Siobhan Von Holz, featuring reinvented cocktails, excellent liqueurs, carefully selected wines, exceptional fruit juices and organic teas and infusions.

Cocktails are not left out, with the Carpano Spritz, a refreshingly sophisticated version of the classic spritz, or the Cocktail du moment, a unique creation to be discovered according to the mixologist's inspiration. Fans of revisited classics will also appreciate the Gin & Tonic, revisited for maximum flavor.
