Les Fils à Maman, a canteen located in the capital's 9th arrondissement, has decided to treat itself while delighting gourmands by offering a most regressive brunch from March 3, 2019. A moment of sharing to be savored with family or friends, and an opportunity to discover the most singular menu of this establishment in the colors of our childhood.
In terms of decor, nothing has changed: Goldorak, Casimir and 80s TV series are still present on the restaurant's walls. Everything is designed to bring you back to"the sweet years of your childhood", with cuisine as good as Mom's, simple, generous and tasty, highlighting seasonal produce.
When it comes to brunch, Les Fils à Maman revisits the cuisine of our youth, with a choice of brunch board or eggs Benedict, as well as a p'tit déj basket with a choice of spreads (without palm oil or GMOs) or dessert. All accompanied by a super fruit juice (with fresh fruit) and a hot drink or bowl of cereals. You can also choose from the now-famous cordon bleu, the Fils à Maman Mégacheeseburger or the equally famous Kinder-based Tiramisu!
This is a brunch that the editorial team has obviously tried and enjoyed: despite a rather copious meal (perhaps even a little too copious), the dishes on offer are delicious. We particularly appreciate the freshly prepared boards, as well as the basket of viennoiserie and its tasty and surprising spread. A special mention goes to the Kinder Tiramisù, which is as regressive as you could wish for. In short, the ideal place to fall back into childhood... How about brunch this weekend, folks?
