The Sinner Hotel launches its brunch

At Le Sinner, from March 22, 2020, feast on a new brunch featuring, alongside brunch classics, braised meats, ceviches and desserts by Yann Brys.

Brunch lovers in Paris, get ready to discover a brand new brunch starting Sunday March 22, 2020 at theHotel Sinner, inaugurated in the 3rd arrondissement last year .

For this new gourmet offering, the Hotel Sinner features ethnic cuisine, imagined by chef Adam Bentalha, who draws on his North African origins to infuse his dishes with the flavors of this nomadic, convivial gastronomy.

Take a seat at one of the large, convivial tables d'hôtes, or enjoy a tête-à-tête with your better half, and discover the colorful counter and corners filled with goodies.

On the menu: carved or braised meats, ceviches and charcoal-grilled vegetables, a selection of homemade breads, mature cheeses and, to finish on a sweet note, desserts by Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

This new brunch also features the great Sunday brunch classics: viennoiseries, the chef's eggs and, depending on the season, fresh fruit juices .

What's more, and this is good news for families, Sinner's brunch is kid-friendly, welcoming children to a dedicated private area on the floors where they will be accompanied by an animator. A varied, balanced, made-to-measure menu and entertainment await them.
