You knew Bisou, the cocktail bar nestled in the 3rd arrondissement. Discover without further ado Bisou, the coffee shop. The famous Parisian establishment reinvents itself and offers, in addition to its clever drinks to take away, hot and iced coffees, accompanied by pastries or sandwiches to have lunch on the go, while waiting for the bars and cafés to reopen.

It was a project that had been germinating in Nicolas Munoz 's head for a while, and which finally saw the light of day on March 24. Bisou, the famous cocktail bar in the 3rd arrondissement of the capital, is reinventing itself to become a coffee shop during the day and thus enrich its offer of delicious drinks. In addition to its clever drinks (to take away, until the bars reopen), Bisou will satisfy your taste buds with a tempting selection of coffees, hot or iced, classic or not.

If espresso, cappuccino, flat white, iced latte, chai latte and hot chocolate with coconut milk are on the menu, Bisou Café also wants to be original with more surprising proposals such as the excellent"Bisou Latte", made with espresso, Valrhona white chocolate, beet and milk. Otherwise, prefer the"Porn Star Latte", composed of espresso, coconut and oat milk, orgeat and orange blossom syrup, gold powder, accompanied by its shot of Pet Nat). To offer you the best of coffee, the coffee shop Bisou has surrounded itself with Caroline Noirbusson, French coffee champion 2018, no less!

And to spice up your hot or iced drinks to go, Bisou Café has the good idea to add, for 1 extra euro, a drop of liqueur or spirit (whiskey, mezcal, calvados, grappa, rum...).

To accompany all this, the coffee shop Bisou suggests pastries from Ten Belles and sandwiches for lunch on the go, with a menu of focaccias filled with quality products.

And don't forget that Bisou also offers a CBD cocktail menu (at 8 euros). On the menu? The " All Inclusive " with kiwi oleo, rose and homemade iced tea, but also the " Rodriguez! " with a rhubarb shrub, orange blossom and sparkling water, or the " Julie ", made with a beet shrub, three citrus cordial and mint for a very refreshing side.
