Brown, the Marais coffee shop for specialty coffees

There aren't many coffee shops in the Marais, preferring to open in the 11th arrondissement. Brown decided to set up shop there, close to the many patisseries that delight us.

Push open the doors of this coffee-lovers' spot to discover a cosy, elegant atmosphere. The setting, with its warm colors, rounded mirrors and long, inviting banquette, is ideal for enjoying a carefully prepared beverage. Kevin, the manager and passionate barista, selects speciality organic coffees with unique flavours.

At the moment, two origins stand out: a Honduran coffee, with chocolate and slightly bitter notes, perfect for milky drinks such as cappuccinos and flat whites; and a Colombian coffee, very fruity, with a hint of green apples, which enhances espressos and long coffees.

But Brown doesn't limit itself to coffees. The menu also includes a sweet matcha, a spicy chai and a charcoal latte, a surprising blend of black sesame, vegetable charcoal and ginger. Each drink can be customized with a wide selection of plant milks. To accompany them, let yourself be tempted by a homemade waffle, served hot.
