Since May 2014, Frédéric Claudel has been offering simple cuisine in an exceptional location, the Les Ombres restaurant at the Musée du Quai Branly, which boasts a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. Usually closed for lunch on Sundays, the restaurant is now opening its doors for a vitamin-packed brunch.
