La Fabrique Givrée, a brand of artisanal ice creams founded in 2012 by three childhood friends from the Ardèche, has made a place for itself in our beautiful capital with its store in Paris, rue Soufflot, near the Pantheon. A nice address to enjoy good artisanal ice creams... and original!

La Fabrique Givrée is first and foremost a family story, but also, and above all, a great novel of friendship. The story of 3 childhood friends, united around the same passion: cooking and the joy it brings. Jérémie Runel, a young chef who comes from 3 generations of great chefs, first wanted to follow the traditional ancestral path before taking a turn and branching out into pastry making.

He first worked for 15 years in prestigious houses such as Fauchon, the Bristol, Valrhona... before launching, in 2012, the search for the ultimate ice cream with his two acolytes: Martin and Hugues. Together, they will do their utmost to create the best ice cream in the world, with carefully selected exceptional ingredients.

La Fabrique Givrée is, of course,an artisanal ice cream factory, combined with crazy ideas, incredible ingredients mixed with unbridled creativity and a touch of fun in order to blow a new wind on the world of ice cream! Driven by their sincere desire to transmit the pleasure of new tastes, our three young entrepreneurs are constantly renewing their collections and offering innovative products.

The raw materials necessary for the manufacture of each of the proposed flavors are meticulously selected from local producers, personally known by our talented creators. The vast majority of suppliers are located less than 100 kms from the frosted lab, but we also find ingredients from farther afield such as Vanilla Tahiti Grand Cru Bora Bora, hazelnut from Lot-et-Garonne, orange blossom water from Lebanon, Alphonso mango from India, Grand Cru coffee from Guatemala roasted in the oldest coal-fired machine in France, in Uzes.

The ice creams are all made with fresh milk from the Monts d'Ardèche at Bénédicte Carrier's in Vals les Bains, which gives them character and greed, but also a certain lightness. As for the sorbets, they are all made withspring water from the Ardèche volcanoes of the Reine des Basaltes, for an airy texture and a delicate flavor.

The Parisian store on rue Soufflotis now waiting for you to discover its beautiful products. But be careful, you might get a taste for it!
