The Sir Winston and its chic English pub atmosphere

The Sir Winston has undergone a facelift to become a spicy restaurant, somewhere between an English pub and Indian cuisine made in London.

The Sir Winston Churchill, one of the capital's oldest English pubs, is getting a makeover and transforming itself into a spicy table, halfway between the English pub and the Indian table made in London, in a decor designed by Laura Gonzalez .

Chef Manoj Sharma (Desi and MG Road) is in charge of the kitchen. Open 24 hours a day, you can enjoy fish & chips, a craft beer on the terrace or a well-twisted naan curry.

The great English pub classics (scotch eggs and cheddar croques) sit alongside Indian-influenced dishes, the trademark of chef Manoj Sharma, such as madras club crab and cod cakes or crispy gunpowder calamari with ultra-fresh mint sauce.

On the drinks menu, alongside craft beers, there are fine bottles of wine, cocktails and mocktails, as well as quality whiskies, to be sipped in Sir Winston's various spaces, from the hushed wagon lounge to the verdant winter garden, via the basement, which houses a secret bar .

Shall we take a tour?
