MamaSens, the Pourcel brothers' restaurant at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann

It's already been 10 years since the Pourcel brothers left the capital. A decade during which Parisians had to do without the siblings' gastronomic dishes, but which is finally coming to an end. Jacques and Laurent Pourcel are now back in Paris with a new restaurant in the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

Named MamaSens, the new restaurant marks the brothers' return to the Paris culinary scene. Located on the second floor of the department store, it invites diners on a journey to the heart of Mediterranean lands under the iconic, recently renovated cupola.

For the design of the spot, architectural firm AW² imagined a dialogue between plant and mineral, with a sculpted tree as the focal point, spreading its branches throughout the restaurant, while green zelliges adorn the walls.

On the plate, Mediterranean cuisine is at its best, healthy, comforting and generous. Jacques and Laurent Pourcel unveil a varied menu, revisiting traditional Mediterranean dishes without clichés.

And to prolong the pleasure at home, there's also a small delicatessen corner with a meticulous selection of Mediterranean products from small local producers!
