Calling all pizza lovers! Pizzou, an Italian pizza restaurant with 100% French products, will be opening at a new address in Issy-les-Moulineaux in mid-November 2022. On the menu: generous, beautiful pizzas, with quality products sourced from the four corners of France. We've tried it, we'll tell you about it!

After an address just a stone's throw from the Aligre market, Pizzou, the king of 100% French toppings, opened a new restaurant in Issy-les-Moulineaux in mid-November 2022. And at Pizzou Issy, the recipe hasn't changed: always pizzas sourced in France, making the house pizza a 100% French creation, as tasty as Italian pizzas.

When it comes to toppings, it's just like the other brands, with products sourced from the four corners of France: burrata from La Ferme 4 étoiles in the Yvelines, flour from Les Grands Moulins in Paris, charcuterie from Maison Conquet in Laguiole and even Lonzu from Corsica... Enough to treat yourself without blowing your carbon footprint!

Alongside the pizzas, the house also offers a new service: aperitivos, available on Thursday and Friday evenings, to tantalize the taste buds of colleagues after work. An aperitivo consists of a focaccina and a choice of two glasses, all for 20 euros. Also new: a French beverage offer with wines from winegrowers, beer from La Brasserie Fondamentale in Paris, as well as white Colomba and Corsican water.

As for pizzas, there are two new creations:"La Poivrote", with its spicy Aveyron sausage topped with a fior di latte, and"L'Aubrac'adabra", served with a base of pumpkin velouté. And if that's not enough, there's the house menu, for all gourmets and gourmands.

Our test of Pizzou Issy :

An address that the editors were able to try out... On the pizza side, we were tempted by theAubrac'adabra, with its pumpkin velouté base replacing the tomato sauce. A surprisingly tasty composition, ideal for the season. We also opted for the pizza of the moment, the "Tire Fesses", made with fleur de lait, red onions, Reblochon AOP, Lonzu de Castagnaccia and arugula. A real tartiflette in a pizza to warm up this winter.

And for dessert, homemade tiramisu and Nutella pizza finish the meal on a sweet note. Note that the house distinguishes itself from the other addresses in the chain by its wine list, as well as its cocktails. A great address for lunch or dinner if you're in the area!
