Need a little peace and quiet in the middle of Paris? Enjoy a moment of disconnection in this eco-responsible, Latin American-inspired hotel, which leaves nothing to chance, with its wellness areas and vegan restaurant, just a stone's throw from Pigalle.

In the heart of the lively Pigalle district, you'll find a small cocoon of well-being, bathed in natural light, that gives you the impression of stepping out of the capital as soon as you walk through the door. This place is HOY, a concept that combines hotel, restaurant, wellness and yoga, as well as floreria, in a calm, natural atmosphere, where everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail to be eco-responsible and respectful of living things.

HOY is aptly named, meaning both"today " in Spanish and House of Yoga, so you can take care of yourself and enjoy the present moment!

As we enter HOY, we're greeted by flowers! A pretty floreria invites you to buy quality bouquets and floral arrangements to brighten up your day! You can even take part in workshops to learn how to create your own floral arrangements or centerpieces.

Hotel guests and local residents alike can come and telework, grab a bite to eat and relax in the Mesa restaurant, with its totally plant-based menu.

The hallmark of this space is its naturalness, and this is reflected in the decor, with its many plants, lime-painted walls - an ecological alternative using earthy materials - and all under a huge glass roof, whose exceptional luminosity is a joy to behold.

An eco-responsible choice down to the smallest detail, which is reflected in the food, with as many fresh, local ingredients as possible, and vegan cuisine inspired by South America.

Whatever the time of day, enjoy dishes that you don't see everywhere: shredded oyster mushrooms, mushroom ceviche, chickpea socca, sweet potato with lemon and harissa tahini, seasoned for an explosion of plant-based flavors. A meal accompanied by cocktails, beers or wines from small producers, or teas, coffees and chocolates with natural properties.

On the sweet side, there's a choice of seasonal fruit, pancakes and banana bread. We opted for the latter, one of the best vegan versions we've tasted, accompanied by pecan granola and delicious vanilla yoghurt.

The hotel's 21 rooms may seem rough at first glance, but they're nonetheless warm and inviting, allowing guests to refocus on the essentials. Here, people come to disconnect, so there's no question of finding screens in the rooms! Instead, you'll find stretching bars to help you develop healthier habits than usual!
At HOY, you're encouraged to respect the environment, without using plastic, thanks to tap water purified with Japanese charcoal, organic beauty products made in France and reusable bottles. From single rooms to suites for up to four people, all these cozy little cocoons have been designed to make you feel at home, starting at 200 euros a night. A Green Room is also available, so you can try out new eco-responsible practices!

The last string to the bow of this exceptional place to live in the heart of Paris: the yoga studio! And not the least, since it's the raison d'vivre of this establishment, dedicated to well-being in all its forms. Several sessions a day are offered in a heated room under infrared light, for all levels, accessible both to guests who can create a stay to suit them and to visitors. Meditation classes are also offered to help you learn how to breathe and manage your emotions.

When booking their room, residents of the capital for a day can also choose to take an extra moment for themselves, during holistic treatments: various massages, lymphatic drainage, body painting, osteopathy, so many choices available on request. Last but not least, there are regular workshops with professionals, including ice and sound baths!
