A new festive rendezvous awaits Parisians along the capital’s waterways. New Classics is the cruise that promises to bring the energy with hip-hop and R&B, offering views of Paris’s most beautiful monuments before the party continues on shore until 1 a.m.

When the warm days arrive, the Seine becomes a dance floor. While the sightseeing boats glide lazily across the water, festive cruises with a DJ set plunge Parisians — both locals and visitors — into a wilder, more carefree mood. And there’s something for every taste: electro vibes, or bord de mer, soirées disco or Old School, they come one after another and none are alike. Enter a new promising concept: New Classics.

Organised by the soirées Classics Only, the New Classics return every Wednesday starting June 10, 2026, this time with a vibe that blends rap, hip-hop and Rn'B, and that, as ever, aims to jog our memories of the classics—especially tracks from the 2010s and 2020s, with spots by Drake, Fetty Wap, Beezy, Justin Bieber and The Weeknd.

First, we hop aboard the River's King, moored at Quai Saint-Bernard. It's the starting point for a cruise where the vibe cranks up to a DJ set on the deck while you soak in the view of Paris's finest landmarks, all the way to the iconic Eiffel Tower. Once we swing back to the dock, the party carries on in the hold until around 1 a.m.

Attention: in flood conditions the route may be altered for safety reasons; in that case, the barge won’t head toward Paris proper, but toward the outskirts of the capital. We also recommend showing up early to enjoy the best vantage points. And finally, don’t be late: once the boat casts off, it’s too late for the cruise (though you can always wait for its return to the dock).

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, please drink responsibly.
