It is a real Invitation to Travel that Pierre Hermé offers us in his new collection of macaroons, to discover from August 26 to November 2, 2019.

Pierre Hermé takes us on a journey to faraway lands with its new macaroon collection, to be discovered in stores from August 26 to November 2, 2019.

Entitled An Invitation to Travel, this new collection of macaroons transports us to China, Japan, South America or even to the Orient.

Inspired by his travels and the ingredients he discovers there, Pierre Hermé slips an exceptional, often rare, flavor evocative of escape under each macaron shell.

  • The Denanzhao Garden macaroon: Pierre Hermé takes us on a journey to China, in the province of Yunnan to be precise, to discover an exceptional tea, the Pu-erh. It is composed of a macaroon cookie and a Pu-erh tea cream.
  • Pierre Hermé's Jardin d'Oryza macaroon celebrates Japan and its sake. This elegant macaroon contains a cream with sake lees.
  • The Barbados macaroon An exotic escapade in the islands where the scents of vanilla and tonka intermingle. A macaroon made with chocolate, vanilla and Tonka bean cream.
  • Jardin Oriental macaroon Head for the Orient in this macaroon with rose cream, orange blossom and candied ginger.
  • The Infiniment Café macaroon A macaroon with a double coffee aroma, with green coffee and Bourbon Pointu coffee from Reunion Island, in the form of a ganache.
  • The Infiniment Vanille de Madagascar macaroon In this bewitching macaroon, we crunch in an exceptional perfume, that of the vanilla of Madagascar.
  • The Infiniment Chocolat Paineiras macaron A trip to Brazil in the state of Bahia, in search of this powerful cocoa with citrus notes and a long bitterness, highlighted here by a few notes of salt.
  • The Jardin de l'Atlas macaroon A trip to Morocco with this macaroon with lemon cream, orange blossom and maquis honey.

So, which one do you particularly like?
