Pastry chef Nina Métayer is not done delighting us. After opening her online patisserie called Délicatisserie and unveiled mouthwatering creations for the Holidays and Valentine’s Day, Nina Métayer now reveals her creations 2021 for Easter.
And for this first Easter collection, the chef was inspired by the blossoming of Spring!
Celebrating the wakening of nature with delicateness and indulgence, Le Bourgeon is made of 10 petals made of 72% cocoa dark chocolate, and its heart holds caramelized hazelnut and pecan praline crunch.
Available in individual serving or to share, this entremets is based on crunchy cocoa shortbread, moist cake, cocoa mousse, caramelized cocoa nib and hazelnut crunch, and kumquat and kalamansi confit for a sweet and sour hint.
