To celebrate spring and the warmer weather – and it is perfect since this weekend will be very sunny – Benoit Castel is throwing a parade of choux in his three stores in Paris.

For the second year in a row, on March 19 and 20, the pâtissier-baker artisan hosts a Fashion Choux shining a light on this little wonder stuffed with cream, through recipes as diverse as varied likely to satisfy all cravings.

Fruity, creamy or chocolatey, anyway, very indulging, light and of course homemade like all the other creations of this baking maestro, Benoit Castel’s choux buns are to be enjoyed for a small cost: allow between €3.90 and €4.60 apiece.
