This year, Maison Dalloyau delivers a Bonbon Noël or Christmas Candy! Colors, sweets and flavors... This is what Dalloyau has in store for the Holidays..
For this Christmas 2021, chefs Jérémy Del Val, Justine Piluso and the gang offer a whole range of dishes mixing tradition and creativity. Go for the never-before-seen and fresh menu likely to be a colorful dinner.
For his signature yule log, Jérémy Del Val offers us to travel back in time. Enjoy the Poire d'Amour! Looking like a funfair candy, this yule log is a mix of vanilla, caramel, pear and pecan. It is just crazy! We love the chocolate stick made of pecan praline that can be gladly enjoyed at the end of the meal.
Composition: double vanilla (Madagascar and Tahiti) mousse, caramel, pear compote flavored with Forest Pepper, soft pecan cake, pecan crunch, covered in thin white chocolate shell. The stick is to be enjoyed after the log, pecan praline, Breton shortbread covered in blond chocolate.
On the menu:
Price: €9.50 for one, and €89 for 8
Available in store from December 3, 2021, and upon order from Friday December 10, 2021
You loved it last year, the crown yule log called "Hors Piste" is back! For the record, this is an entremets based on Tahitian vanilla and coconut mousse, avocatdo - passion fruit and lime crémeux, exotic fruit (roasted pineapple, mango, passion fruit) compote, with vanilla and Timut pepper, moist banana cake and coconut crunch. A surprising mix, but very delicious that perfectly puts an end to a hearty meal.
The yule log is available to order from December 10 for €89, serving 8, but also comes in individual size for €9.50, and available from December 3rd.
Of course, more surprises are available on the menu such as the box of 16 macarons hiding this year's two creations: the Cognac-Chocolate - the intensity of Cognac Martel VSOP associated to the delicate flavor of creamy 71% Venezuelan chocolate ganache and the Exotic Caramel, the vivacity of exotic fruits mixed with the softness of caramel.
And do not forget about the arty Advent calendar decorated by street artist Bishop Parigo helping you to be patient until Christmas day with many candies, chocolates and more wonders made by their French artisans.
Composition: 100% French candies, Dalloyau chocolate, mendiants, shortbread cookies.
