For the Holidays, Pierre Hermé cooked us some good looking and tasting yule logs giving pride of place to the flagship savors of the King of Macaroon! Available from December 8 to 25, 2017, these yule logs are to be reserved in store to be sure that you will blow away your guests at Christmas dinners (stocks sell fast!)

Infiniment Pamplemousse (new in 2017)
Composition: shortbread and grapefruit biscuit, grapefruit cream, whipped cream and grapefruit jelly.
Composition: chestnut flour sablé Breton, pear comporte, chestnut cake, candied chestnut cream.
Bûche Glacée Miléna (new in 2017)
Composition: mint biscuit, fresh mint ice cream, red berries sorbet.
Composition: macaroon biscuit, rose petals cream, rose biscuit, raspberries and litchis.
Infiniment Praliné Noisette (new in 2017)
Composition: hazelnut shortbread and biscuit, gooey and crispy hazelnut praline, smooth hazelnut cream and whipped cream, roasted Piedmont hazelnut slivers.
Bûche Ultime (new in 2017)
Composition: chocolate sablé Viennois, Pure Belize origin chocolate (Cayo district, Xibun plantation) whipped cream, dark chocolate slivers with salt flower, chocolate shortbread, light Madagascar vanilla cream.
But that’s not all as this year, Pierre Hermé and ceramics artist Sylvianne Lüscher join forces to create a modern and unique Christmas cake to discover in limited edition from December 1 to 31, 2017.
Thanks to their talents and their know-how, Sylvianne Lüscher and Pierre Hermé came up with this sublime gourmet creation revealing a fine chiseled chocolate bark covering four cake logs.

Composition: chocolate sablé viennois, dark chocolate and raspberry whipped cream, raspberry compote, dark chocolate and salt flower shortbread.
And to top it all, Pierre Hermé release new macaroons including the Petrossian Caviar cream one or the green walnut water as well as the date compote and Earl Grey tea cream macaroon or the one with raspberry cream and gingerbread spices.
Finally, for the Holidays 2017, pastry chef Pierre Hermé offers several Christmas signature gift boxes with chocolate bonbons assortment as well as Christmas signature gift boxes with truffles including the brand-new one: chocolate and gingerbread truffle!
