Available from December 15 to 31, 2018, these yule logs can be booked in store to make sure you’ll amaze your guests during festive dinners (yes, stocks run low very quickly).
And this year, you can choose your yule log easier! Individual versions will be available in store from December 1, 2018, perfect to taste the yule log that you liked and make sure you have no bad surprises on D-Day in front of all the guests!

Bûche Orphéo with dark chocolate (new in 2018)
The Bûche Orphéo by Pierre Hermé will make chocolate addicts melt with its Grand Araguani Pure Venezuelan origin chocolate melts in the mouth thank to a fine layer of hazelnut praline! Please note you can make all your closed ones happy since this yule log can be delivered everywhere in France thanks to Chronopost Fresh, yes!
Frozen Bûche Infiniment Mandarine (new in 2018)
In 2018, Pierre Hermé presents a frozen yule log perfect for small eaters. With its sour mandarin sorbet we like, and its candied citrus fruit compote topping a Viennese cake, this yule log will be devoured in a few seconds!
Bûche Pomposa (new in 2018)
With the Bûche Pomposa, Pierre Hermé makes a nod to the traditional candied chestnuts. As its shell let us see through the Bûche Pomposa, it offers an unexpected association of flavors and textures with a chestnut flour cake, a biscuit with chestnuts sprinkles, a candied chestnut cream layer and a rose mascarpone cream! Soft in the mouth and tasty, the Pomposa yule log will surprise the whole table.
Bûche Infiniment Citron Noir (new in 2018)
The Bûche Infiniment Citron Noir may be Pierre Hermé least consensual creation. noble produce from Iran, loomi has a rather surprising woody flavor and its seed brings an earthy taste. It’s quite bold to put loomi in a yule log but the outcome is incredible. We advise you to taste the individual yule log before you order it!
Pierre Hermé Ispahan yule log is a must for lovers of the association rose-litchi-raspberry. Smooth, soft, macaron cookie, rose petal cream, rose cake, raspberries and litchis.
Bûche Infiniment praline noisette
Perfect for the whole family, the Bûche Infiniment praline noisette is a compendium of greed.
And if you want to surprise your guests from the starters, Pierre Hermé reveals new savory macarons: white truffle-hazelnuts, hazelnut-foie gras (delicious), Caviar Petrossian-green walnut water and a balsamic vinegar macaron for the most curious foodies!
