Christmas trees and tiny bells create these multiple creations. In other words, you can’t resist this new collection of extraordinary chocolates!
Le Sapin de Noël

Also available this year, in limited edition and by request, the XXL white chocolate tree covered in bells.

But what would Christmas be without the famous yule logs? Pierre Marcolini has delighted us and definitely conquered our hearts with his latest chocolate signature creation, the “Conte d’Hiver” [Winter’s Tale] yule log.
Shaped like a crown, decorated with a dreamlike and milk chocolate village, this yule loge harmoniously paired an incredible and light chocolate mousse with a black forest cake and a crunch caramelized cashew, squash and sunflower nuts mix. The whole is elevated by a Tahiti vanilla crème brûlée insert. We also love the mirror homemade dark Ecquador-Cameroun chocolate glazing.
Public price: €49 serving 6
Last but not least, we don’t forget about the Advent Calendar shaped like a giant snowball (€49).
