This year, Pierre Hermé has chosen to shake thinks a bit – meaning the traditional chocolate egg – by designing a gourmet interpretation of the MOOD by French goldsmithery brand Christofle. He created a flat-bottomed egg randomly covered with silver leaves.

Behind this destructed work with a polished aesthetic hides a dazzling golden egg to discover based on Pure Origine Belize plantation Xibun (64% cocoa) dark chocolate, or signature Maison Pierre Hermé Paris milk chocolate or caramelized blond chocolate and fleur de sel.

FRANÇOIS POMPON CHICKENS AND BUNNIES
Through this collection, Pierre Hermé celebrates clean and round lines of François Pompon’s sculptures. As for flavors, Pure Origine Madagascar, Plantation Millot, 68% cocoa dark chocolate, Pierre Hermé milk chocolate are to be enjoyed. Each piece – excluding the smallest ones – is filled with small assorted eggs.
