Hôtel du Collectionneur thinks on a grand scale for Easter 2019! First, there is no Easter celebration without a nice Easter egg.
Hôtel du Collectionneur and its pastry chef Bryan Esposito gives pride of place to this genuine emblem with their wonderful and precious creation.
A royal-blue chocolate egg richly decorated – like a collector’s piece – set up on its pedestal. Not only beautiful, it’s also irresistibly delicious, it’s made of ivory chocolate and 70% dark chocolate.
This splendid 25-cm high sculpture is available to order from April 15 to 22, 2019 (to order 72 hours in advance).
Then, you’re expected on Sunday April 21, 2019 for a special brunch. Children are invited to enjoy a buffed designed around Easter celebrations. On the menu? Dishes especially created for them. A savory part between surf and turf as well as a sweet part that is playful and colorful.
Young adventurers can also throw themselves in a magical egg hunt held through the hotel terraces.
In the meantime, the occasion is perfect for adults to have a break at the bar to discover the surprising cocktail created by barman chef Ivo Correia-Rocha.
A beverage with gourmet twists based on rum and hazelnut liquor delicately served with homemade praline and vanilla ice cream. Your taste buds will be surprised!
