Easter 2025 brunch and egg hunt at Hôtel du Collectionneur

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, we're putting cocoa aside (just for a moment, I promise!) to savor a luxurious Easter brunch. The chef's plan is to prepare Pascal lamb flavored with herbs and lemon, with a twist of Taggiasche olives and French peas. And to accompany this traditional dish, a selection of home-made viennoiseries, freshly baked breads, Basque charcuterie signed Pierre Oteiza, exceptional PDO cheeses and even a seafood platter. Enough to enjoy without a shell!

While the parents brunch, the kids head off to Kids Club Palomano, a magical space tucked away in a private hotel lounge, where they take turns becoming hotelier, chef or merchant through immersive worlds. A playground to match their imagination!
