And what if you celebrated Easter at a place that’s cultural, playful, and full of spirit? The Maison-Musée Raymond Devos, tucked in the heart of Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, invites you to Wednesday, April 8, 2026 for a festive afternoon, paced by a heritage Easter egg hunt with the feel of a treasure-hunt. A fresh program to celebrate Easter while diving into the poetic and burlesque world of the master of wordplay.
Armed with their exploration notebook, kids 7 and up will roam the museum galleries and the garden in search of hidden clues. Each riddle solved or challenge completed earns a fragment of a sentence. The ultimate goal: reconstruct a famous quote by the humorist, piece by piece, just as you would mend the shards of a broken eggshell.
The prize, of course, is a chocolate reward! What makes this egg hunt truly distinctive is the spirit of Raymond Devos that lingers over the event. Did you know he collected egg replicas? Some of them are now scattered throughout the museum’s rooms, adding a second level to the hunt for the more seasoned visitors. A playful way to explore the house while enjoying the Easter-egg nods tucked away here and there.
Tickets cost 10 euros per child for this Easter egg hunt, and don’t forget to book your spot with the foundation at contact@fondationraymonddevos.fr or on 01.30.47.76.71.
