Drugstore des Champs-Elysées is pulling out all the stops for the holidays. Starting with Thanksgiving , which falls on Thursday, November 27, 2025, this year. To honor this great American celebration, chef Eric Frechon has concocted a special menu for the occasion, available on site on November 27, and that day only. Calling all Americans in Paris and foodies who want to discover new flavors!
What's on the menu for Thanksgiving 2025? The festivities begin with an Elixir d'Agrumes cocktail, a combination of gin, yuzu, and grapefruit, followed by a delicate appetizer: butternut royale, parmesan foam, and roasted chestnuts.
For starters, lemon and sage squash gnocchi are topped with smoked trout eggs and crispy panko, followed by the iconic Thanksgiving dish, available in two versions: roasted free-range turkey breast with Brussels sprout salad, pan-fried apple, and cranberry sauce; or pulled confit thigh, topped with corn foam, in the spirit of a comforting Parmentier.
Of course, the festivities would not be complete without the traditional banana cream pie, which ends this hearty meal on a sweet and slightly nostalgic note. To accompany the meal, the chef has chosen a selection of American (and other) wines that will enhance this chef's menu.
