Canard Street, 100% duck street-food in Paris

Last year, Canard Street, the Lille-based brand dedicated 100% to duck, set up shop in Paris. Behind the brand are Nicolas and Grégoire, for whom duck at family dinners is a childhood memory.

Together, they set out to modernize poultry by opening a restaurant dedicated to duck. In 2016, they inaugurated their first address in Lille, followed by Canard Street Béthune and Canard Street Petits Champs, the first establishment in the capital.

On site or to take away, Canard Street offers duck in all its forms, sourced from French producers.

On a deliberately simple menu, you can choose from the spot's 'must-haves': duck breast burger with minced steak, duck breast confit à la plancha, duck breast tartar with a knife (French or Thai style), crispy duck breast with a heart of cheese? You could almost become a duck!

For us, it's a confit burger, with a highly original duck confit steak, fig confit and goat's cheese; followed by half a duck breast à la plancha, rosé to perfection! On the side, you'll love the salad with its generous chunks of gizzards, as well as the fries, cooked in duck fat, of course!

Canard Street 's appetizers include the inevitable foie gras and magret sausage, but also (and above all!) a delicacy rarely seen in restaurants: heart skewers, delicious!
