Café Panache opens its doors at the foot of the Hôtel Panache. A cosy restaurant featuring hotel classics revisited.

A new restaurant opens its doors in the 9th arrondissement, at the foot of theHôtel Panache: Café Panache! An eclectic, festive and lively address.

Behind this new project are Tatiana and Katia Levha, already at the helm of Le Servan and Le Double Dragon. The idea is simple: they've imagined a restaurant where you can eat (and drink) at any time of day, with hotel classics revisited in their own way.

The menu, executed by Oscar Rainaldo, an ex-Servan chef, includes a crispy chicken club, Fine de Claire oysters with lemon, coriander and rice powder, noodle soup with pork belly, yellow vegetable curry and silky rice, and beef tartare with chilli, peanuts and apple straws. As you can see, at Café Panache, comfort food is simple but good.

Pair it with a natural wine and you're done!

Hotel Panache guests are also invited to enjoy a generous hot and cold breakfast buffet.
