We started with ravioli in Szechuan sauce and beef in sesame sauce, two tasty, fragrant starters. We had a slight preference for the ravioli, which are particularly gourmet and tasty, accompanied by a slightly sweet sauce. This must-try dish took us straight to China.

As for the dishes, the house specialty is undeniably the noodle soups: beef, pork or vegetarian, there's something for every taste. Served in a warm, flavorful broth, the various spices mingle with the thick, homemade noodles.

We tested all the dishes at level 1 and it was already quite spicy, so beware of the sensitive, you've been warned, stay at level 0. For the others, it's time for a taste buds on fire adventure!

With its strong concept, Trois plus de piments has rapidly become a benchmark for Chinese cuisine in Paris. The restaurant Deux fois plus de piments, located at 33 Rue Saint-Sébastien in the 11th arrondissement, was at the origin of this success. Since then, founder Mr. Cheng has also opened Cinq fois plus de piments, also on Rue Saint-Martin in the 3rd arrondissement.
