If you wonder where you can celebrate Thanksgiving in Paris, then head to the 18th arrondissement of the capital.
Chef Antoine Westermann expects you on Thursday November 28, 2019 at Le Coq Rico at lunchtime and dinnertime and expects to satisfy your taste buds thanks to a Thanksgiving special menu.
On the menu? Turkey obviously, but not any turkey since chef Antoine Westermann chose to give pride of place to the Dinde Rouge des Ardennes, a rustic poultry that grows slowly but with a generous and marbled flesh.
Thanksgiving 2019 menu:
Creamy butternut soup
with ginger, toasted hazelnut crumble
Roasted red turkey from Ardennes
giblet stuffing, cerely and apple mousseline, chestnut casserole and red cabbage confit with spices
Sweet spice ice cream, orange and clove-marinated prunes
Allow €78 for this Thanksgiving 2019 special menu to enjoy at lunch or dinner on Thursday November 28, 2019 at Le Coq Rico. Note that two wine pairings will be available on the occasion, starting from €25 for three glasses.
