Sun is finally here in Paris and summer holidays are just around the corner. So, to make sure you’ve got your summer body on top on the beach, start looking for your figure now. And is there anything healthier than spring rolls?
In Paris 2nd arrondissement has opened not so long ago a new spring roll restaurant: Monsieur Printemps. At the head of this new spot, Pierre Antoine Darsy and Camille Vajou, two friends who’ve been initiated to the art of the spring roll in Vietnam.
At Monsieur Printemps, spring rolls are made on the spot, with fresh and seasonal ingredients. The menu is said to change all year long!
For now, you have salmon, chicken or vegetarian rolls that you can enjoy with a seasonal soup, a broth or spice-flavored rice.
The Gravlax, with salmon gravlax, celeriac and wasabi mayonnaise, granny smith apple, dill, black sesame seeds, rice vermicelli or the Spicy Chicky based on soy-honey-lemongrass marinated chicken, roasted butternut, crispy onions, mixed salad, mint, sriracha mayonnaise, rice vermicelli will likely delight even the most delicate mouths.
As for drinks, enjoy homemade lemonade or iced tea… In other words, the perfect place for a healthy and gourmet break!
