Have you heard about Coya? With a first restaurant inaugurated in 2012 in London, the brand has increased a lot with the opening of four other addresses (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Angel Court London and Monte Carlo).
And the list may extend in September since Coya comes in Paris and opens its very first restaurant in France. And it’s at Beaupassage to be precise, in a former 700sqm church that Coya’s first Parisian table opens.
As for the décor, the place will be inspired – like its siblings – by “the South-American culture and the Inka heritage” with a colorful atmosphere thought up on two stories.
Said to feature 130 seats, Coya restaurant in Paris will also feature a ceviche counter, a Pisco Bar & Lounge and a terrace.
For the less connoisseurs, know that Coya stands out thanks to traditional Peruvian cuisine twisted with south American, Chinese and Japanese influences.
On the menu? Ceviche, tacos, charcoal grilled pieces of meat, Peruvian sashimi… The whole created by Coya legendary chef, Sanjay Dwivedi.
As for the beverages, enjoy some pisco sour twisted with lavender, passion fruit, peach, apricot, strawberry and mint, raspberry, pineapple or even lemongrass.
To top it all, Coya Paris will provide a genuine immersive cultural experience with Latino music, dance and even art performances…
So, are you ready to discover the first Coya Paris? Meet in September to enter this new restaurant.
