Polichinelle launches a vegetable-based brunch

When Christophe Michalak creates a brunch for his latest Polichinelle restaurant, he ends up with a 100% vegetable-based and healthy brunch!

Whether you’re vegetarian or simply need your share of vegetables, Christophe Michalak’s Polichinelle restaurant – inaugurated a few months ago only – now provides a vegetable-based brunch!

And careful, vegetable-based and healthy doesn’t mean it’s not tasty, not at all! Multivitamin detox juice and beetroot panna cotta rub shoulder with tart by the meter… Christophe Michalak had fun working with fruits and vegetables in all their states. Consider yourself warned!

At Polichinelle, the brunch menu is served along with a hot beverage and a detox juice, a brioche to share and a free access to the buffet. Go get some hot chocolate, minute-made cocktail based on fruits and vegetables by Jennifer Le Nechet and the moist brioche served with jam and homemade spread!

At the buffet, you find many delights: artichoke heart, mashed avocado, deviled eggs and fresh herb salad; Wellington egg, mushroom pasta and even some gratin, perfect for winter!

As for desserts, it’s Christophe Michalak’s duty, of course! Grenoblois, lemon cake, chocolate cake, almond cake, three chocolate cookies… It’s up to you!
