When Christo inspires gastronomy… As a tribute to the artist – who passed this past Spring – and on the occasion of the Arc de Triomphe wrapped, from September 18 to October 3, 2021, Maison Albar Hotels - Le Pont-Neuf offers foodies and gourmets a selection of “wrapped” dishes at Odette, the hotel’s restaurant.
From starter to dessert, celebrate Christo’s art while enjoying a tasty meal! And on the menu, as a starter, the runny egg in a shell, girolles, walnuts, creamy emulsion, followed by wrapped cod and parsnip, roasted ceps, butternut and rosemary. As for dessert, enjoy honey-roasted figs, toasted almon ice cream and a crunch sprinkled with yuzu jelly.
Three dishes created by chef Rémin Henaux available on the restaurant’s menu you can choose off the rest. Please note no special menu is served, the restaurant invites you to choose one, two or three of the tribute dishes stated on the menu with a small hallmark.
