Craving flavorsome Italian and organic cuisine? And to practice fair prices for this organic cuisine, gourmets are roped in during the shift as they are invited to get their dishes at the counter. A lower cost that is felt when paying… As for the menu, a lovely classic offer with 100% organic antipasti and pizzas, to enjoy on site or on-the-go, as well as roasted bell peppers and tiramisu… Lots of tasty dishes created by organic Michelin-star chef Paolo Sari, based on raw produces.

As for pizzas, they are based on exceptional flour from the family-owned mill using hydraulic energy. Farmed in high altitude, seeds are crushed with natural stones to keep their quality and taste. Note pizzas are available “al taglio” (by the slice) at the bar if you like eating on-the-go. And on sunny days, you can even have a seat in the garden, on one of the two rooftops or by the hens.

We have been able to put this cuisine to the test... Upon arrival, you are ushered to your table and you can place your order via a QR Code to flash with your smartphone, a bit like a delivery app, you select what you want and once your order is ready, you are invited to collect it at the counter.

As for the menu, we went for rice arancini with saffron risotto and cheesy heart, and the Karlito salad based on Roman lettuce, tomatoes, vegetables, tuna, mozzarella, Kalamata olives and vinaigrette. The arancini are a pure wonder, absolutely not heavy, simple, but delicious and well-made, whilst the salad was an incredible breath of freshness and sun.

We then went for the Vegetable Burrata pizza, also exquisite, and for dessert, the house's tiramisu. Equally delicious, not too sweet and as creamy as can be. A nice meal, then, very simple, but surprising in the taste and brillantly made, likely to make of the place a spot to visit again if you want to eat relatively healthy in the area.
