In 1999 was released the very first Matrix movie, a movie by Wachowski. Avant-garde and futuristic, Matrix has marked lots of spirits thanks to a unique and innovative scenario and a cast including Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne and Carrie-Anne Moss.

Anonymous programmer in administrative service by day, Thomas Anderson is Neo by night. With this pseudonym, he’s one of the most wanted pirates in the cyber-space. Straddling two worlds, Neo is attacked by strange dreams and coded messages sent by a certain Morpheus. The latter exhorts him to go beyond the look and find the answer to the question haunting his thoughts: what is the matrix? No one knows and no man has been able to break its defenses. But Morpheus knows that Neo is the chosen one, the legendary liberator of the humanity announced in the prophecy. Together, they throw themselves into a fight against the matrix and its terrible agents and there’s no return possible…
Matrix Reloaded – Plot
Neo is learning to control his natural gifts better while Zion is about to be attached by the Machine Army. Within a few hours, 250,000 sentries programed to destroy our species will invade the last human enclave on Earth. But Morpheus galvanizes Zion’s citizens reminding them about the Oracle: it’s still time for the chosen one to stop the war against machines. All hopes are on Neo. All along his risky adventure into the matrix and his own destiny, the latter will have to face an increasing resistance, an even more blinding truth, a choice even more painful than what he imagined.
Matrix Revolutions – Plot
The rebels’ long quest for freedom ends up with an ultimate and explosive battle. While the Machine army spreads terror on Zion, its citizens organize a fierce resistance. But will they be able to push the harsh swarms of the sentries while Neo takes over all his powers to put an end to the war? As for agent Smith, he managed to take over Bane’s spirit who’s one of the members of the hovercraft crew. More and more powerful, he’s now uncontrollable and doesn’t obey to the Machines anymore: he threatens to destroy their empire as well as the real world and the Matrix…
