The Malandain Ballet Biarritz presents Noé at the Théâtre National de Chaillot

Thierry Malandain and his ballet construct a show about one of our civilization’s founding myths, Noah’s Arch. This show, soberly entitled "Noé" or Noah, will be performed by the Malandain Ballet Biarritz at the Théâtre National de Chaillot from May 10 to May 24, 2017.

After staging some of the greatest known myths, from Romeo and Juliette to Cinderella, choreographer and head of the Centre Chorégraphique National in Biarritz Thierry Malandain presents his new creation called Noé in Théâtre National de Chaillot.

Based on the story of Noah’s arch, Malandain Ballet Biarritz’s new creation returns to the origins of our world. Thierry Malandain takes his company (the show has been thought up for 22 dancers on stage) onto the arch, a symbol of life and resurgence, a moment personifying "a kind of a break in history of mankind".
