Five years after its French tour, Le Presbytère by Béjart Ballet Lausanne is back in Paris.
This time, the 40 dancers of the company – now managed by Gil Roman – will take over the Palais des Sports – Dôme de Paris for a handful of shows you don’t want to miss on Thursday October 31 and Friday November 1, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3, 2019.
Created in 1997 at the Paris Théâtre National de Chaillot, Le Presbytère is a ballet paying homage to the emblematic dancer of the company, Jorge Donn and singer Freddie Mercury, both dead at age 45 because of AIDS. Relying on Mozart arias and on the greatest hist by Queen, the choreographer invites us to think about desire and love.
Meet on October 31, November 1, 2 and 3, 2019 at the Palais des Sports – Dôme de Paris to attend the new Parisians shows of the wonderful ballet, Le Presbytère, by Béjart Ballet Lausanne.
