Restaurant bistrot brasserie guide - activities

Ce tag est à ajouter aux restaurants de type brasseries traditionnelles et bistrots français qui proposent des plats classiques issus de la cuisine française et de la tradition bistrotière de Paris. ex : blanquette de veau, foie gras, huîtres, fruits de mer, etc.

Préciser également, en ajoutant le tag nécessaire, si le restaurant propose : cuisses de grenouille, escargots, huîtres, caviar, foie gras, pâté en croûte, oeufs mayo, croque-monsieur, soupe à l'oignon, moules-frites, steak-frites, steak tartare, coq au vin, confit et magret de canard, gibier, boeuf bourguignon, blanquette, choucroute, quiche lorraine, cassoulet, raclette, tartiflette, fondue, galette bretonne, crêpe, crêpes Suzette.

Contrairement au tag des bouillons, le tag des brasseries et bistrots ne correspond pas forcément à des restaurants à tarif abordable.

La décoration d'une brasserie traditionnelle parisienne est souvent faite de banquettes rouges, avec des serveurs habillés en costumes noirs et blancs. Les restaurants sont parfois situés dans des lieux historiques voire classés. 

A côté de cela, un bistrot correspond à un petit restaurant de quartier qui propose de la cuisine française traditionnelle. Attention, si la cuisine est trop modernisée, il s'agira alors d'un restaurant bistronomique.
