The Toussaint holidays 2026 kick off strongly, with a remarkable weekend to explore France's monuments. Children and their parents are invited to the National Monuments to take part in the new edition of Monument Jeu d'Enfant, to learn more about our heritage while having fun.
At the Conciergerie, a weekend of activities and games awaits the youngest visitors, on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026. It's hard to resist this invitation: the monument is a place steeped in history, as fascinating as it is beautiful. Built in the 10th century, the Conciergerie forms part of the Palais de la Cité, the first residence of the kings of France until the end of the 14th century, before being transformed into a palace of justice, then a prison for Queen Marie-Antoinette during the French Revolution.
The Conciergerie is opening its doors to young visitors, with a special program for this event: the former prison is offering quirky activities for our little ones. visits are available during this family-friendly weekend of activities, in the capital’s iconic monument.
Reservations are strongly advised, as visitor gauges are in place to ensure the best possible experience over the weekend, and the Conciergerie always attracts many curious visitors.
Don't miss these great events, open to all!
