Bulles & Billes, the indoor playground for children in the 9th arrondissement

Designed as a fusion of playful, immersive, and educational worlds, Bulles & Billes opened its doors in late May 2026. Based in the 9th arrondissement, the venue has become a favorite with families, and even more so with children aged 0 to 12.

"We wanted to create a place in the heart of Paris where every child can find a space that fits their needs," explains Antoine, founder of Bulles & Billes, with his sister Pascaline. A reconciliatory hub for 0-12s and their families, where parents have their own space and a setting they actually like. Then we head to make memories with the older kids in the bulle collaborative, which puts the spotlight on board games, and we watch the little ones waking up gently in the bulle d'éveil (secured and closed), located right next to the café, so parents can keep an eye on their youngsters while taking a well-deserved break.

At -1, the serious stuff begins: we head to the creative workshops offered all day (and included in your admission ticket), with activities designed so that every child can take part. Thus, the older kids will opt for a more challenging version of the activity to have as much fun as the younger ones. Then it’s the turn of the constructive bubble: a room that takes you straight to the heart of the forest to dive into construction games, such as Kapla or the grand circuit de billes entirely made of wood.

For the budding showmen and those who dream of becoming a star someday, the imaginary bubble was conceived as a pocket theatre. It has everything: a big red curtain, a small stage, audio cues to accompany your children's performances, but above all, numerous costumes and props. Parents can enjoy the performances, comfortably seated in the beanbags provided for this purpose.

After the show, the climbing inside the sports bubble, paradise for little ones who love to run, jump, and dive... Here again, you’ll find a 100% safe play area, where the kids can show off their bravest jumps in a large ball pit, climb, and leap from a rope like Tarzan... A refuge in the land of sweets, a zone populated by XXL candy-shaped plush toys, to build, create, and imagine countless adventures.

Amid this energy, the sensory bubble asserts itself as a resting space, a dedicated zone for a moment of calm, to bring the energy down for a few minutes. This time, you journey through the ocean inside an immersive bubble, luminous, where everything touches, can be heard, and can be seen. A calmer space that is a welcome relief during your visit.

Bulles & Billes runs your child’s birthday party, with two hours in the play area, the cake and drinks (30 minutes in the birthday room to blow out the candles and open gifts), at €32 per child (two accompanying adults free) available from age 3.

Far from being just a aire de jeux couverte, Bulles & Billes also offers a café enfant, beside the bulle d'éveil des tout-petits and the coin bibliothèque. On the menu, a selection of hot drinks for the afternoon snack—cappuccino, hot chocolate, coffees, teas (from €2.50 to €4)—or cold beverages, fruit juices, organic sodas, iced tea, kombucha, etc (from €2 to €6). For those with a sweet tooth, go for the pâtisseries à la carte, all crafted by Café Marlette. Brownies, financiers, cookies, madeleines with chocolate chips, marble cake... expect €3–€4 per portion.

Count on €16 per child aged 0 to 12, with infants from 0 to 6 months admitted free, and €9 per accompanying adult. The smart move, if you can, is to take advantage of off-peak hours, which offer 20% off the admission ticket (roughly €13 per child and €7 per adult). A 6‑month unlimited pass is also available for purchase, at €250 (which includes a free spot for one child and one adult). There are also cards for 10 entries, for adults or children, where buying ten entries with the card earns you one free entry.
