Le 6b is getting into the swing of summer for the youngest school-leavers, and with the D'ici à là association is organizing the Livres en herbe festival, dedicated to books, comics and children's literature: the perfect opportunity for a great outing with the kids, to have fun, read and enjoy the beautiful space 6b has to offer!
What's on the program? Discover participative and creative workshops, from learning engraving to creating a Kitsune mask or making your own book, as well as round-table discussions with authors of children's books and comics, meetings with bookshops, and storytelling and shared readings in the reading corner! On Saturday, the focus is on books for teenagers, with Nicolas Michel, Camille Noyer and Aurélie Wellenstein, while on Sunday, the day is geared more towards young children, with Florence Desnouveaux, Laura Hedon and Florence Pinaud.
The good news is that the Livres en herbe festival is a real bargain for families, since all activities are free, as is admission!
If you've never been to Le 6b, now's your chance to discover this third-party venue set up on a brownfield site in Saint-Denis. Since it opened in 2010, the venue has brought together artists, local residents and Parisians for concerts, debates, performances and events for all!
