Joyeux mercredis, the family program to discover with children at the Musée de la Marine

Every Wednesday, the question of family outings comes up - even more so if you have the opportunity to spend them together with the kids! That's why the Musée National de la Marine is once again offering its Joyeux mercredis, a family program designed for young visitors, on three Wednesdays a year, starting Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

Children aged 3 to 12 are invited to take part in activities and other fun workshops on the theme of "Move your body". A treasure hunt in the permanent collections, poetic tales, educational workshops and an open-access games library await you for an afternoon of discovery and fun.

• The little sardine, folk tale from Guérande
• The three waves, folk tale from Norway
• La sirène et l'épervier (The mermaid and the sparrowhawk), folk tale from Lower Brittany

Toy library, free access without reservation

Activities take place in the afternoon only (2-6pm). Entrance to the museum and activities are free for children: adults pay €15 full price and €11 reduced price. So, are you planning to spend your Wednesday afternoon at the Musée National de la Marine soon?
