Outdoor Holidays: Workshops and Animal Encounters at Ferme des Chanteraines

What’s on the agenda during the February 2026 holidays? No way are kids stuck watching TV or hiding away in their rooms! From February 21 to March 8, it’s a season of outings, with plenty of special programs tailored for children across many Parisian and Île-de-France venues. In the suburbs of Paris, head to Gennevilliers and explore the must-visit Chanteraines Park, home to the charming farm that shares its name.

Located in the communes of Gennevilliers and Villeneuve-la-Garenne, the Parc des Chanteraines is the perfect green space for a stroll, with many unusual activities to discover. These include the park's little train, the Chemin de fer des Chanteraines, the Micheletty circus and the Ferme des Chanteraines. Entirely free of charge and open to all, it boasts dozens of animals for you to discover on your stroll. During the February vacations, this is the place to discover the animal world throughthemed workshops for children.

Step into the shoes of a budding farmer, learn what a shepherd's day looks like, watch the birds and even craft their feeders, or delve into the art of gardening—there's plenty to discover starting from age 3 during this farm holiday! Fun and educational workshops designed for the little ones, open to all, simply require prior registration.
