Looking for an unusual family outing in the Paris region? Here's a promising concept for young and old in search of adventure. In Seine-et-Marne, Jardin Le Point du Jour, a surreal place classified as a remarkable garden, invites you to join us on September 20, 2025, from 4pm to 11:30pm, to experience a mysterious epic at the heart of the world of Sleepy Hollow, the legend of the headless horseman.
Inspired by Washington Irving's famous short story, this family-friendly show takes you on a nocturnal stroll through a mystical forest. Here, you'll take on the role of a group of villagers, and along the way you'll meet a variety of actors who bring Tarrytown's twilight legends and local superstitions to life.
At this immersive open-airplay organized by theChildren's Happy Ness association, you yourselves become actors in the story. The organizers warn, however, that some of the interactions may frighten youngsters, and the tour is accessible to children aged 6 and over. In addition to this 30-minute theatrical stroll, you can enjoy a children's make-up stand (€2 per child), live mini-concerts by Xavier Bellone lasting 20 minutes, and food from the food truck set up for the occasion. Please note that the adventure takes place on a dirt track and outdoors, so you'll need to dress accordingly, and bring an umbrella if the weather is capricious.
