La Grande Bouffe de Libé, the food festival at La Communale in Saint-Ouen (93)

On Saturday June 7, 2025, we'll be at La Communale de Saint-Ouen to talk about eating well, and the impact of food on our planet and our plates, at Libé's Grande Bouffe.

On Pentecost weekend, from June 7 to 9, 2025, we're off to La Communale de Saint-Ouen for La Grande Bouffe de Libé, a food festival featuring numerous conferences on the issues raised by the way we eat today.

Between the price of our plates, changing eating habits and diets, and climate change, food brings people together as much as it divides them. That's why Libération is organizing the Grande Bouffe de Libé, an event open to all, to exchange ideas, attend conferences on the subject, meet chefs, take part in workshops on how we consume and eat, and participate in culinary workshops... Before enjoying the Nuit Libé, with DJ sets and live music all evening, until 2am!

On the program for the Grande Bouffe de Libé 2025 :

Inauguration with Stéphan Troussel (President of the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council), 11 a.m.

Conferences

  • Do you have to be rich to eat? - 11:15 to 12:30, with Mohamed Cheikh, Achraf Manar, Frédéric Faure... Free with registration
  • Is gluttony ethical? - 15h to 16h, with Manon Fleury, Patrick Rambourg... Free with registration
  • Cuisine and transmission: a family affair? - 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, with Jean Covillault, Nicolas Verot, Estérelle Payany.... Free with registration

Workshops

  • L'art de la croûte, from 11am to 1pm, with Kodko Kougblenou, €10 with registration
  • Who stole women's appetites? from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm with Lauren Malka, €10 with registration
  • Tout feu tout flamme, la cuisson solaire, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm with Pierre-André Aubert, €10 with registration
