For the second year in a row, Spot 13 is celebrating female artists in honor of International Women's Rights Day. On Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, 2026, around twenty artists will be invited to create murals across half the walls of the association’s space in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The goal?
