For the second year in a row, Spot 13 is celebrating female artists in honor of International Women's Rights Day. On Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, 2026, around twenty artists will be invited to create murals across half the walls of the association’s space in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The goal? Spotlight some of the most iconic women figures. Here’s everything you need to know about this free event.

Remember last year, Spot 13 hosted its first-ever Jam in celebration of International Women’s Rights Day. This year, the organization and outdoor exhibition space dedicated to street art are announcing a brand-new free Jam to properly mark this special day honoring women.

This upcoming second edition, themed "Women Who Have Made Their Mark on History", is an event you won’t want to miss on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, 2026. Organized by Drussila Le Disez and artist M.I.U, the 2026 edition will feature around twenty female street artists, including Emyart-s, Maca, and Shupaone. They will be invited to create murals across half of the association’s walls, paying tribute to various iconic women from history.

Additionally, this event is partnered with the local community gallery 13 Korner, which will be showcasing works by talented artists participating in the Jam.

If you're unavailable on March 7 and 8, rest assured that the murals created by street artists during that weekend will remain on display for another month.

It’s worth noting that SPOT 13 is a community organization dedicated to promoting urban art by managing and utilizing public and private spaces made available for this purpose. SPOT 13 is also renowned for hosting an open-air exhibition space. Art enthusiasts flock to the 13th arrondissement of Paris to admire murals created by both local and international artists, ranging from emerging talents to established names. The murals are constantly refreshed, offering visitors a new experience with each visit.
