From March 6 to 8, 2026, the Stamp Festival will take over Paris and Ris-Orangis for a special edition dedicated to street art, featuring an exclusive piece by artist Hopare. With autograph sessions, children’s workshops at the Postal Museum, and pop-up post offices, this event invites both enthusiasts and collectors to see the postage stamp in a new light—as a prominent canvas for contemporary art.

From March 6 to 8, 2026, the Stamp Festival will spotlight street arts and invite painters and street artists to transform an unexpected medium: the postage stamp. For this occasion, La Poste has entrusted French street artist Hopare with designing the 2026 philatelic block — “Urban Arts, Street Art.”

Get ready for a series of events celebrating this tiny piece of paper and the world of philately. These activities will take you across France, with highlights in Paris, between the Carré d'Encre (a stationery shop in the 9th arrondissement) and the Post Office Museum. Don't miss out on the fun in Ris-Orangis, in Essonne.

Collectors, families, artists, and curious visitors come together over a shared object for a weekend. On Saturday, March 7th, a pop-up post office will set up shop in each participating town, complete with personalized cancellations, giving everyone the chance to leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of mail.
